Explore Red Butte Garden at a leisurely pace, allowing plenty of time to get to know the local flora and fauna. Plan to practice identifying native plant life. Enjoy the morning avian chorus, and learn the names of birds. We will finish our saunter through the garden with a quiet creative reflection period with prompts for poetry, pros, rambles, sketches, and observations. Participants will receive a notebook and writing tool (if you have sketching materials, please feel free to bring them along). Copies of Urban Trails: Salt Lake City will be available for purchase (credit card or Venmo).
